As Avintis scaled, the challenge wasn't one open role — it was building strong teams across multiple IT and business functions at once, while meeting the specific hiring standards of global clients at the same time.

The Challenge: With several positions open simultaneously, finding the right talent quickly, and making sure each hire met both Avintis's own standards and client expectations, was a real test of process and judgment under pressure.

The Approach: Ruchika took ownership of the hiring process end to end and single-handedly managed recruitment across every open position — from aligning with leadership and clients on requirements, through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, using LinkedIn, Naukri, and direct sourcing. The focus throughout wasn't just filling seats: it was finding people who could meet the expectations of Avintis's international clients specifically.

The Outcome: “It was a marathon,” as Ruchika describes it, but the team was built and client requirements were met on time. Many of the people hired during that stretch are now an established part of the Avintis team. For Ruchika, the biggest measure of success isn't the roles filled — it's watching the team she built grow, contribute to clients, and become a real part of the company.
